Below is a way or tutorial to add printers or photocopy machines connected to the network, especially printers or photocopy machines that use IP Address.

1. The first thing we have to do is know the IP Address printer or photocopy machine we want to connect, the example I use is FUJI XEROX APEOSPORT IV C3370.

here's how to find out the IP Address of the printer,

click the "Tools" menu.

Then "System Settings", "Connectivity & Network Setup", "Port Settings", make sure IP Address printer with IP Address PC / Laptop one network.

2. Once we know the new IP Addressnya we switch settings in our PC or Laptop, we first open the "Control Panel".

3. Choose "Add Printer".

4. Choose “The printer that i want isn’t listed”.

5. Choose “Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname”, then “Next”.

6. Enter the IP Address of the printer that we checked the IP in the box "Hostname or IP address", then "Next".

7. Enter the name of the printer, let it be the only default, unless there is the same printer, we just change so as not to confuse us, then "Next".

8. If the driver already exists then the printer can be used directly, we click "Next" only. However, if the printer driver is not installed on your PC or Laptop, then we must add the driver first, here we add the driver with the manual (no installation). The trick, find the driver in the form of application or with the format ".exe", then we extract the driver using WinRaR, by right click on the driver earlier, then select "WinRaR", select "Extract to 'the_name_of_file'.exe \".

9. Wait until the extract process is complete.

10. Select according to the image below.

11. Select the printer brand and printer type, if there is no ignore it, then select "Have Disk" to find the driver that we extract, then "Next".

12. Click "Browse" to find the file, then search where we extract the driver folder, after we found it then in the driver folder we find the file with extension ".inf", if you find a lot of file extension ".inf", you just find the name there is the word "driver", "(type_of_printer)", or usually the file corresponds to the name of the folder that we extract, then "Open".

13. Enter the name of the printer you want, this name will appear in your "Device and Printers", I suggest leave the default only, unless you want to change it to make it easier for you to find the printer, then "Finish".

14. Done, you can test your printer, if it can not or there is an error there may be damage to the printer you have.

So many tutorials that can convey, may be useful ^_^
